Recalciitrant

Since  childhood Suresh was an obstinate child. He was the only child  of his parents.  His father was a rich business man. Whatever  the boy wanted, his father would provide. Some times Suresh got up at mid night and demanded 'appam'. His mother had to get up and prepare appam for him.The parents used to enjoy their son's pranks and behaviour. When he started going to school, his demands increased. His parents were too happy to concede to his demands. As he grew up,there were complaints that he was bullying and beating other children. The parents laughed away such complaints. Through out his schooling his  actions were intolerable. He managed to get pass marks by resorting to unfair means. In College his  actions became from bad to worse. He became a recalcitrant  boy.His father was very much worried, but the son was least concerned. One day the college Principal reported that Suresh was caught red handed for insulting the modesty of a girl. He was rusticated. His father could not control himself. For the first time he realised that he was responsible for the recalcitrant behaviour of his son. At night he heard some sound from the next room. He got up and peeped inside the room. What he saw, shocked him. Suresh had opened the locker and was removing all the cash from it. Now he became wild. He rushed to his room, got his revolver and emptied it. The son lay dead  at his feet. The father surrendered to the police.
